Speaking

Invite Tendai to speak

Keynotes, panels, podcasts, and intimate conversations — on self-trust, discernment, coercive control, psychological safety, and the work of building systems that do not harm the people they are meant to serve.

Tendai speaks from the inside of two professional worlds — international development and the survivor’s long, careful work of writing her way home. The combination is unusual. The work she does on stage is grounded in the same things the writing is grounded in: language, systems, and the slow, patient practice of seeing clearly.

She is comfortable in a 90-minute keynote, a 20-minute podcast, a 6-person panel, or a closed-door conversation with leadership teams. She is happiest when the room is full of people who are ready to actually think, and when the conversation can go somewhere honest.

For international events, she is based in Harare and available for travel. For virtual formats, she works comfortably with a one-cam setup, a clear brief, and a host who is prepared.
